At Raquel Martos Art, every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Commissioned artworks and Fine Art Prints may require additional production time. Estimated delivery times will be communicated before shipping.

Original artworks are primarily shipped from Sweden.

Depending on the artist's location at the time of purchase, some artworks may also be shipped from Spain.

Every original artwork is professionally packaged using protective materials to ensure safe transport.

Original paintings are shipped together with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information whenever available.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and the shipping carrier.

Although every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs, weather conditions or shipping companies are beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Raquel Martos Art cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the artwork before opening or immediately after unpacking.
