Pink Wildflowers

Inspired by the delicate beauty of wildflowers, this original watercolor captures a field of soft pink flowers in a loose and expressive composition.

I wanted this painting to feel light and spontaneous, almost like a memory of flowers moving gently in the summer breeze. The long, irregular stems and simple floral shapes are painted in transparent shades of pink, rose and warm brown, while small touches of yellow bring subtle light to the composition.

There is something I particularly love about wildflowers: they grow freely, without needing everything around them to be perfect. This piece celebrates that natural simplicity and the quiet beauty found in things that are allowed to grow in their own way.
